At Faithful Gentleman, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States:

Free Standard Shipping

  • Cost: FREE on all U.S. orders
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (we select the best carrier for your location)

USPS Priority Shipping

  • Cost: $11.50 per order
  • Delivery Time: 2 business days
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail

Overnight Express Shipping

  • Cost: $38.00 per order
  • Delivery Time: Next business day
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and selected service level. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing
  • International shipments may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs delays

SPECIAL SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We ship to:

  • PO Boxes (via USPS)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (via USPS)
  • Residential and business addresses

ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not have any product-specific shipping restrictions. All of our Christian-themed gifts and jewelry items can be shipped to any location we serve.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at dalewxm@icloud.com. We will replace your item at no charge to you. We stand behind our products and want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Processing times remain 1 business day, but carrier delivery times may be extended.
